What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site we receive the details you enter: your name, your organisation, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. We also receive the date and time of the submission, the page you sent it from and your IP address. We do not use tracking beyond what is described in our cookie policy.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your question, to prepare a proposal and, where relevant, to arrange a session. We do not use these details for marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
Who can see it
Your message reaches our own mailbox. Our website sends email through Brevo, a European email service provider acting as our processor. Submissions are also stored inside our website. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up the thread if you come back to us. Data relating to an actual assignment is kept as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, for deletion, or for a restriction on how we use it. You can also object to our use of it. Write to info@mediavista.be and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
